YoloBus is an intercity and interstate bus service that ensures a safe, comfortable, hygienic and luxurious bus ride. We have AC, sleeper and semi-sleeper buses with in-bus washrooms and an array of in-bus facilities to make your ride comfortable and memorable.

Do I need to register to use YoloBus?

No, there is no registration required for ticket bookings. But we recommend downloading the Yolo App for a seamless ticket booking.

Does online booking cost more?

Not at all! The bus ticket prices are the same irrespective of whether you book the ticket on Yolo App / YoloBus Website / Redbus / Paytm etc. In order to know the latest offers and discounts, we suggest you download our YoloBus application.

What all amenities will I get inside a bus?

Upon boarding the bus, you get a welcome kit containing hand sanitizer & wet wipes, some light snacks like biscuits, juice & water bottle. Yolo buses are also equipped with wifi, Bluetooth enabled screens for entertainment, live GPS tracking, CCTV cameras and a washroom for a comfortable journey.

How frequently the YoloBuses are sanitized?

Team YoloBus follows regular cleaning and sanitization of buses as a standard routine. Due to the COVID19 situation, we have increased the frequency of sanitization before and after every trip. We ensure a safe bus environment for every passenger.

What are the safety measures taken by YoloBus amid COVID-19 situation for travellers?

We have mandated temperature screening of all the travellers before onboarding the bus. We only allow entry when passengers have covered their face with approved masks or cloth. Also, all our crew members and the staff wear gloves and masks during the journey. We do not allow any passenger to onboard if they are found with any symptoms of the COVID 19 virus.

Our buses have automatic sanitization doors along with deep cleaning and sanitization of every high contact touchpoint. PPE Kits can also be purchased while booking the ticket or while boarding the bus.

How will Social distancing be maintained on the bus journey?

Do not worry! YoloBus has limited the number of bookings per bus in order to maintain proper social distancing. Also, all our staff and crew members strictly follow COVID safety protocols.

With limited bookings, we ensure distance in seating as well as while letting passengers board and deboard the bus. We sanitized most vulnerable touchpoints like railings, door handles, and armrests every often.

Do you also give meals onboard?

As per the travel guidelines issued by the government, we have banned the meal-on board service until the government’s next announcement. As of now, we are not giving refreshment packets to travellers. We request all the passengers to carry their own snacks and food until the government’s next announcement.

Will the blankets be given on buses?

We are sorry, as per the government guidelines to avoid the spread, we have stopped giving blankets and sheets to our customers and urge them to carry their own if needed. Sharing of food and blankets with other passengers is strictly prohibited.

In case of any emergency during the journey to whom can we contact?

With the SOS button on our App, you can call the crew member for any difficulty during your journey.
Apart from that, our bus crew members are readily available on the bus for any difficulty and assistance during travel.

What is an M-ticket?

M-ticket is SMS or email confirmation received after making a booking.

How can I book YoloBus?

You can book a ticket online on the website or via the YoloBus app. It can also be done on Redbus or Paytm.

Is it mandatory to take a printout of the ticket?

Looking at the current pandemic situation, it does not mandate to carry the print out of the ticket as we are giving the M-ticket immediately after confirmation of booking. You can show the PNR to our bus captain while boarding along with a valid photo id proof. We appreciate lesser contact and hence allow the E-tickets.

I’ve lost my ticket. What should I do now?

We send an SMS booking confirmation which has the booking ID mentioned. We allow the entry by ticket PNR number as well. In case of not being able to retrieve the email, please call any of our call centres and our executive will re-send you the ticket.

At the same time, you can at any time log in to our website or application and see your booking history.

My plan has been changed, can I cancel my ticket?

Yes, you can cancel your booking from your booking source (red bus, Paytm, YoloBus app or website) and get the refund in the source account within 10-12 working days as per the cancellation policy.

In case of any difficulty, you can also contact our customer support team and they will instantly provide you with all the support.

I entered the wrong mobile number while booking. Can I get the ticket on a different phone number?

Yes. you can. Please contact our call centre and our executive will send you the mTicket on your desired number.

Does the owner of the credit card with which the ticket is purchased need to be one of the passengers?

Not at all! A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket is booked should carry proof of his identity (along with the ticket) at the time of boarding the bus.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?

With best-in-class security all the booking related transactions on the YoloBus website or on the app are safe.

How can I cancel my ticket after booking?

You can cancel your booking from your booking source (red bus, Paytm, YoloBus app, or website) and get the refund in the source account within 10-12 working days as per the cancellation policy.
If you have booked the ticket through us and not via Redbus or PayTm, then simply log in and navigate to bookings section. Once there, simply click on cancel. A message will be displayed showcasing the cancellation charges. Upon confirming the same, your ticket will be cancelled.

What should I do If I cannot cancel my ticket online?

You can contact our customer care for the cancellation of your ticket. There are some tickets that can only be canceled through our call center. If this is the case, our customer care will be happy to help.

Can I cancel one ticket out of the other booked tickets?

Yes. You can cancel the ticket on which you don’t want to travel.

I missed my bus. Will I get a refund?

We give a 100% refund if the bus is missed due to our fault. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reason not directly related to YoloBus will not be refunded.

How can I get a refund in case I cancel my ticket before taking the journey?

The refund is given as per our cancellation policy. The amount is refunded to the source of payment applied while ticket booking or whichever ways the customer prefers on claiming.
